1. Introduction

This website is operated by Lightworks Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN: 202211935N]). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lightworks Solutions and the LWKS studio. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

3. Professional Lighting & Electrical Safety

  • Installation: All professional lighting components (LED drivers, high-voltage fixtures, etc.) supplied by Lightworks Solutions must be installed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or a qualified technician in accordance with Singapore Standards (CP5).
  • Liability: Lightworks Solutions Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages, injury, or fire resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of lighting products.

4. LWKS 3D Studio & Manufacturing

  • Technical Accuracy: While we strive for high precision, 3D printing is a manufacturing process with inherent tolerances. A variance of ±0.5mm is considered acceptable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Prohibited Designs: We reserve the right to refuse any custom 3D printing request that violates Singapore law, including but not limited to weapons, restricted parts, or infringing intellectual property.
  • File Integrity: For custom printing services, the client is responsible for the structural integrity of the provided 3D model (STL/STEP). We are not responsible for failures caused by poor digital design.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Studio Originals: All designs, digital files, and physical products under the LWKS brand are the intellectual property of Lightworks Solutions Pte Ltd. Reproduction or 3D scanning for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Client Files: For custom printing services, the client retains all ownership of their provided designs. We will not share or sell your digital assets to third parties.

6. Pricing & GST

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. As a GST-registered company, all prices shown are [Inclusive/Exclusive - pick one] of prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

8. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (e.g., lighting manufacturers). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
