1. Our Policy

At Lightworks Solutions Pte Ltd, we take pride in the technical precision of our products. Whether you are purchasing professional lighting hardware or a bespoke piece from our LWKS 3D Studio, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your investment. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery or collection.

2. Professional Lighting Supply

We accept returns on standard lighting products (LED drivers, profiles, fixtures, etc.) provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any physical defects or wiring modifications.

  • Packaging: The original manufacturer’s packaging must be retained and returned in its original condition.

  • Exclusions: Items that have been custom-cut (e.g., specific lengths of LED profiles or strips) are not eligible for return.

3. LWKS 3D Studio (Custom & Made-to-Order)

Due to the personalized nature of additive manufacturing, our return policy for 3D-printed items is as follows:

  • Custom Prints: Any item printed from a client-provided file or modified to bespoke dimensions is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: We only accept returns or provide replacements for 3D-printed items if they are found to have a structural defect or manufacturing error.

  • Variation Note: Please note that 3D printing is an additive process; minor surface textures or layer lines are a characteristic of the technology and are not considered defects.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@lightworks.sg with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: For defective 3D prints, please include high-resolution photos of the issue.

  3. Dispatch: Once approved, you may return the item to the address we provide you.

5. Refunds & Shipping

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. We believe in fair and transparent service.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning non-defective lighting items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing: Once the returned item is inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
