Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Lightworks Solutions Pte Ltd currently provides delivery services exclusively within the Republic of Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Lead Times & Processing

To ensure quality and precision, our processing times vary by product category:

  • Professional Lighting Supply: In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • LWKS 3D Studio (Made-to-Order): As these items are manufactured on-demand, please allow 3–5 business days for printing and quality inspection.
  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both lighting and 3D-printed items, the order will be shipped together once the 3D-printed components are ready.

3. Shipping Rates

Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and value of your order. Please refer to the shipping rates displayed at checkout for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing for your specific order.

4. Urgent & Express Requests

If you require on-site delivery for an urgent project or have specific time-sensitive requirements:

  • Please contact us at hello@lightworks.sg or via our contact form prior to placing your order.
  • We can arrange for immediate courier services (e.g., Lalamove or GrabExpress) on a case-by-case basis.
  • Additional surcharges and specialized rates will apply for all urgent deliveries.

5. Self-Collection

To maintain the efficiency of our manufacturing and logistics workflow at our Tuas studio, we do not offer self-collection services at this time. All orders must be fulfilled via our designated delivery partners.

6. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure that a recipient is available at the delivery address to receive the items.

7. Failed Deliveries

Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or the absence of a recipient, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier to schedule a second attempt.
